It’s almost like the author is in my head. I’m in recovery for addiction , yrs but struggle w self , thoughts, feelings at times. These poems help me feel I’m not as alone or sick as I thought was at times. These are positive & very helpful poems for your healing journey from anything! A must read !

As someone that does not consider themselves to be a poet (or even a writer) I still felt connected to her poetry and wanted to give this a try. I'm really enjoying taking the time to slowly work through the pages and highly recommend this for anyone looking to get a bit more creative in reflecting on their life.

I definitely needed to read this book. I probably saved 1/3 or more of the pages to re read later. For a short read it had a big impact. I'm so thankful for writers who can say the words in my heart.
